1). Toon Name: Flarg

2). Server: 4-5000% attributes

3). Faction: Horde

4). Aprox time of ban: About 8 months ago

5). GM who banned you: I do not know this for i was not online

6). Reason of ban: I got hacked by someone and after i got it back i was banned, i don't know why

7). Why you should be unban?: Because what ever i did i am very sorry, I just really want my account back
